Jarrod Guy Randolph

Jarrod Guy Randolph is chief investment officer of JGR Holdings LLC, a company which seeks to identify and secure access to commercial and residential real estate investment opportunities with various equity and development partners.

He started his 17-year career working for The Sunshine Group in pre-development, marketing and sales and has worked with top real estate brokerage and development firms in NYC.

He has represented clients in nearly $2 billion in New York City commercial and residential transactions. His accolades include Forbes 30 Under 30 nomination in 2012 and The Real Deal Under 35 Rising Stars in 2014.

Randolph received a BS in Real Estate Finance and Development from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.

He is a licensed real estate broker, state of New York and sits as co-chair to the New York Residential Specialist executive committee.

Dr. Rankin is the Director of Research of Equinox Institutional Asset Management and the Director of Portfolio Management of Equinox Fund Management. In addition, Dr. Rankin also assists with the conception, development and implementation of new products. Prior to his current role, Dr. Rankin served as a Regional Sales Associate and Research Coordinator for The Frontier Fund at SEI. He was also a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley and previously owned and operated a translation firm. Dr. Rankin holds a BA in Philosophy and a Masters in International Studies from North Carolina State University, and a Doctorate of Business Administration (Finance) from Grenoble Ecole de Management. His doctoral dissertation focused on statistical methods of enhancing multi-manager and multi-asset portfolio diversification, with an emphasis on portfolios of CTAs and Hedge Funds.

Lombard International, a portfolio company of The Blackstone Group with $80 billion in assets under administration, is the global leader in providing customized wealth structuring solutions for high-net worth individuals, tax-exempt organizations and corporations. Prior to joining Lombard, Mr. Redpath held various investment roles at several hedge funds and banks, most recently with Attalus Capital, a multi-billion dollar Fund of Funds where he oversaw the Long/Short Portfolio. Mr. Redpath graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Finance.

Ron brings the demonstrated ability and instinct to identify, assess and lead attractive investment opportunities in numerous niche software and information services markets. Ron’s experience includes various leadership, board and investor roles in operating and investment businesses. Beginning his portfolio management career in 1993 Ron joined Endeavor Capital Management. At Endeavor Ron was responsible for handling deal structuring, management activities and supporting portfolio companies growth through strategy planning and M&A activity.

Ron then went on to join Pennel Venture Partners in 1998, where he participated in operating the fund, performing due diligence and investment planning. In 2005 Ron broadened his venture background by joining Endurance Ventures as a Managing Member. At Endurance he utilized his business development, operations,  marketing and M&A skill set to improve all portfolio companies stability and drive growth. Mr. Reed then went on to become a Venture Partner at Greenhill & Co., where he was a lead advisor in all investment activity.

Additionally, Ron was the Chairman of the Michigan Venture Capital Association and the Eastern Michigan University Foundation. Reed holds Engineering-Physics and Math degrees from Eastern Michigan University.
