
John Wise
John Wise is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Loci, Inc., a high-growth tech company that is redefining the world of innovation by developing a platform technology which maps the landscape of innovation. Loci takes search and analysis to the next step. It’s software is the poised to be the leader of the next generation of search engines which looks backward to outline direct ancestors of a concept and looks forward to outline direct descendants of a concept.
John has extensive technical and engineering management experience with a proven track record of successfully creating, developing, and implementing new products and services, managing organizational and product growth, and creating process improvements.
Mr. Wise has been granted a patent pertaining to invention research, involving a wide breadth of technical disciplines. He has three more patents pending, and over eighteen more in the drafting process.
John is also an experienced inventor in auto racing technologies with around 1000 inventions. In roles such as lead mechanic, crew chief, design engineer, team manager, data acquisitions, and technology consultant. John has won several national and world championships in his racing tenure, including leading GMG’s Alec Udell to the 2016 Pirelli World Challenge Championship.

Joseph L. Wisniewski is a Partner with Deloitte Tax LLP. He has over 30 years of experience consulting clients on various tax matters. He specializes in tax issues relating to partnerships, real estate investment trusts and unrelated business income tax for the real estate industry. He has served a wide range of real estate clients including private equity firms, pension advisors, institutional investors, REITs, and developers. Specifically, Joe assists clients with structuring fund formations for both domestic and international investment in real estate as well as real estate investment trusts (REITs) structuring, debt restructurings, merger and acquisition transactions, due diligence projects and ongoing operational tax matters. Joe also has significant experience helping companies design fund structures which accommodate the tax sensitivities of various domestic and international investor types.
In addition to his client responsibilities, Joe also leads Deloitte’s real estate practice in the Central Region. In this role he is responsible for facilitating strategic growth and innovation as well as overseeing the provision of client service to our real estate clients.
Joe attended Northern Illinois University where he received a B.S. in Accounting. He also holds a J.D. with distinction from The John Marshall Law School. He is a member of many professional and civic organizations including the ABA, AICPA, Northern Illinois University Business School Board of Advisors, Roosevelt University Real Estate School Board of Advisors, NAREIT, ULI and many others.

Currently a Managing Director with RosePaul Investments, a NYC based family office. John is in charge of investment allocation with a focus on energy, and physical technology. Prior to joining RosePaul John managed an infrastructure fund focused on distributed energy, power and water treatment with Arcapita in the middle east. His earlier career was with ExxonMobil and Mobil Oil spanning a wide variety of engineering and business development functions in the US and internationally. John graduated with a degree in chemical engineering from Cooper Union in NYC, and has an MBA from Rice University in Houston.

Neil Wolfson was President and CIO of SF Capital Group for the past 10 years, where he oversaw all debt and equity investing, direct private investing, asset allocation, investment management, tax estate planning, performance reporting and operations for a billion dollar multi-generational family office. At SF Capital he invested in over 30 direct debt and equity investments in emerging technology companies with a focus on FinTech companies.
Prior to joining SF Capital Group, Neil spent five years as Chief Investment Officer and President of Wilmington Trust Investment Management, a $40 billion investment management firm, responsible for all of the firm’s investment management. He was also President and CEO of the Wilmington Funds, a $10 billion mutual fund family. Prior to Wilmington Trust, Neil served for eight years as a Partner at KPMG LLP and National Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Investment Consulting Practice. Neil also spent over a decade at Kidder, Peabody & Co. where he ran the managed money area, co-founded the Analytical Investment Strategies Group, was a senior portfolio manager for Kidder Peabody Asset Management and the Kidder Peabody Asset Allocation Fund and ran the firm’s PRIME Asset Consulting Group. Prior to Kidder, he developed a multi-factor security selection system currently employed by a number of investment management firms.
He started his career developing financial futures and options contracts for a commodity exchange.
Neil serves on the Board of Directors for OnDeck (ONDK) including Chair of the Audit Committee and Member of the Risk Committee, FastPay, Nextivity, Lenda, Patch of Land, Cloud Lending, Finitive and TodayTix
Neil holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Management from New York University. A member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, he became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1993.

Sophocles Zoullas, Zenith Shipping
Sophocles N. Zoullas has been involved in the shipping industry for over 30 years with experience in strategic, commercial and operational aspects of the business, in both private and public companies. He is currently the founder, chairman and CEO of Zenith Shipping, an owner of crude tankers, product tankers and drybulk vessels. Zoullas is also a principal of Delphin Shipping, an investment vehicle in drybulk shipping. In 2005, he founded and was Chairman and CEO of Eagle Bulk Shipping, a Nasdaq listed 45-vessel shipping company.
In the span of his career, he has been a principal in over 100 shipping transactions, ordered and constructed over 40 newbuilds vessels. In the capital markets, he has raised over $600 million in primary and secondary issues, PIPES, bought deals, ATMs and an IPO. He has also raised over $500 million of equity in the non-public institutional markets and over $2 billion in the bank markets.
He was an honors graduate from Harvard College and received his MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
