Bobby Shamsian currently leads the acquisitions and financing efforts at Kushner Real Estate Group (KRE). He brings over 17 years of acquisitions and financial experience to the firm. In the last three years at KRE, Mr. Shamsian is responsible for acquiring over 1,200 multifamily units valued at over $300 million and completing financings of over $1 billion. During this time, he was also instrumental in completion of KRE’s largest completed development project– Journal Squared Phase I, a 54 story 538-unit residential building in Jersey City, NJ.
Prior to KRE, Mr. Shamsian’s experience has been in M&A and advisory working at Deloitte, KPMG and Susquehanna International Group. He has experience in many asset classes including real estate, technology, financials and consumer products.
Mr. Shamsian graduated cum laude from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business.
