Peltz International’s just-released survey, “Endowments’ Allocation to Hedge Funds,” examines the current as well as historical trend of endowments allocating to hedge funds. Using NACUBO-TIAA annual endowment data, we examined allocations by looking at the equal-weighted vs dollar-weighted averages, public endowments versus private endowments, and endowments of various asset sizes.
