Lois Peltz
Lois Peltz established Peltz International Inc, an information provider to the alternative investment community, primarily hedge funds and family offices, in April 2015.
The company provides customized research, surveys, white papers and news as well as conducts seminars, conferences and webinars on related investment topics.
Previously, she co-founded Infovest21 (predecessor firm), in January 2000 and was president of that organization until March 2015.
Prior to Infovest21, Peltz was Managing Editor of MAR Hedge where she was responsible for content of several publications as well as designed and implemented conference programs.
She started her career at Merrill Lynch and was there for twelve years in various capacities including vice president and manager of the marketing services/advisor selection. She was responsible for advisor analysis, alternative fund structures, the review of all current funds and marketing support for funds and pools at the Merrill Lynch’s managed futures subsidiary.
Peltz graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College, received a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Masters in Business Administration from New York University.
Peltz is a frequent speaker at conferences and writes columns for various publications. Her book, The New Investment Superstars, was published by John Wiley & Sons.
She was appointed to Vassar College President Elizabeth Bradley’s Advisory Council in 2024.
